Monthly production data is available for the Census Bureau's Current Industrial Reports
More detailed, annual market data is available from the Annual Survey of Manufacturers, also provided by the U.S. Census Bureau.
Detailed price index data for computers and componenter are available from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. |
The Semiconductor Industry Associaton (SIA) provides the most reliable and detailed historical data for semiconductor products, although some of the data requires a subscription.
