It presumes that the current process is unrelated, faulty or doesn’t work, and must be recreated from the beginning. This allows designers to disengage to work on an entirely new process rather than make additions to an existing one.

Some questions one may consider before they select a process to reengineer are:

                        - What is wrong with the current process?

                        - Will reengineering or recreating the process be achievable?

                        - What kind of impact will the new process have on customers?

                        - Will amending this process increase revenue and profits?

Business process modeling is taking the steps to construct a comprehensive flow chart or sequence of processes that shows each individual job, contribution and action in an arrangement series. The actual business process model is a vivid and detailed explanation of each process, which illustrates the arrangement of process tasks.

Lastly, the business process management incorporates all business processes to make each process more successful. It’s just like a puzzle, every piece has to be in order for it to be complete.
